About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Developer to join our ATM Card Services team in Ibadan. The role focuses on expanding our card services portfolio by identifying new prospects, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the ATM card services market.
- Support lead generation and outreach activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities.
Required profile
- OND in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
- Strong interest in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented team player.
- Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What we offer
- Basic salary of ₦70,000 per month plus a ₦20,000 transportation allowance.
- Commission potential ranging from ₦0 to ₦500,000.
