About the role
As a Branch Administrator (Universal Advisor) you will work within FNB's Points of Presence team to deliver an exceptional, compliant banking experience to walk‑in and existing customers. The role blends operational oversight with proactive sales and service, ensuring every interaction meets regulatory standards and drives digital adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and manage operational policies, procedures, risk and compliance processes for the branch.
- Engage customers professionally, identify needs and cross‑sell appropriate banking products.
- Educate customers on digital platforms and encourage migration to e‑Channels and self‑service solutions.
- Process transactions efficiently while meeting service benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF and internal governance.
- Manage leads, referrals and follow‑ups within agreed turnaround times.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12/NQF Level 4; preferably NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in a customer‑facing, service‑delivery or client‑support role within financial services.
- Strong understanding of FAIS, TCF principles and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to meet sales, service and customer‑experience targets.
- Must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
