About the role
Saint Louis University is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member to teach DPT 5251 Neurologic Conditions. This part‑time position involves four scheduled weekly hours and contributes to the university’s mission of academic excellence, research, and compassionate health care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver lectures and facilitate discussions for the Neurologic Conditions course.
- Develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with department faculty on curriculum development and research initiatives.
- Maintain a professional learning environment that aligns with the university’s values.
Required profile
- Terminal degree (e.g., DPT, PhD) in Physical Therapy or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in neurologic conditions and clinical practice.
- Prior teaching or instructional experience at the graduate level preferred.
- Ability to commit to a four‑hour weekly teaching schedule.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success.
