Zonal Manager (POS Agent Support)

About the role

PalmPay is seeking a Zonal Manager to lead POS agent support operations in Lagos. This contractor role involves overseeing regional teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating with cross‑functional departments to deliver seamless after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Make decisions aligned with company policies to uphold business standards and work ethics.
• Assign daily tasks to Relationship Managers (RMs) and monitor execution.
• Supervise RMs and other business operations within the city, ensuring walk‑in agents receive timely assistance.
• Collaborate with inventory/warehouse and sales teams to manage POS devices after‑sales and maintain compliance.
• Manage assigned projects and program components to meet established service objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the fintech industry.
• Experience in POS support is an advantage.
