Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. In this role you will turn complex web data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decisions, improve user experience, and boost conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong ability to interpret data, spot trends, and craft data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
