About the role
As a Waiter at Club Med Resorts you will be part of a dynamic team delivering premium all‑inclusive service in a resort setting. You will work in a variety of restaurants and bars, serving guests from arrival to departure and helping create memorable holiday experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and clear tables for large dining rooms (600‑1000 seats per service).
- Welcome guests, take orders and provide personalized recommendations.
- Deliver food and beverage service efficiently, adhering to Club Med’s quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and ensure proper handling of equipment and linens.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate smooth service during buffets, plated meals and special events.
Required profile
- Friendly, sociable personality with a genuine interest in guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to health‑ and safety regulations.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Excellent table‑setting and clearing techniques.
- Strong verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
