About the role
EY is looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide remote support to senior executives across Canada. You will work within a dynamic virtual and local assistant team, delivering high‑quality administrative services in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen, respond to, and act on email correspondence as needed.
- Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and transfers.
- Track and submit expense reports, ensuring timely reimbursement.
- Organise event logistics such as venues, catering, and equipment, and monitor RSVPs.
- Maintain timesheets and ensure weekly submission deadlines are met.
- Handle telephone messages, routing calls and delivering accurate information.
- Build and maintain client relationships, updating EY’s client database.
- Prepare simple communications and documents using EY templates and branding.
- Support service‑line objectives, client deliverables, and IT tool setup.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or college degree (any field) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in executive assistance, secretarial, or administrative support.
- Above‑average written and spoken English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
