Upstream Strategy Consultant – Relocation to Saudi Arabia

About the role

Aramco is seeking an Upstream Strategy Consultant to join its Upstream Transformation & Business Excellence Department. The role focuses on developing and aligning upstream strategies with the company’s corporate objectives, driving growth and value creation across the upstream portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and direction to senior leadership on upstream business development and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Aramco’s upstream portfolio and market trends to inform decision‑making.
• Assess the competitiveness and viability of existing and potential upstream assets, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze market data and industry benchmarks to uncover growth opportunities and operational enhancements.
• Lead the creation of strategic plans and roadmaps for upstream business units, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations and finance—to integrate upstream strategy across the organization.
• Evaluate and recommend strategic investments and partnerships to expand the upstream business.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts to stay abreast of market developments.

Required profile

• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on strategic upstream initiatives.
