Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Manager – US Navy Program

About the role

Amentum is seeking an Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Manager to lead housing services for a US Navy program on Diego Garcia. The role ensures compliance with government regulations, efficient resource management, and high‑quality customer service for service members and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration of UH operations and appropriated funds.
• Implement and maintain inventory management practices.
• Complete and maintain required training certifications (PAY.GOV, EBILLING, eMH, CNIC UH, HLC).
• Manage financial processes and payment systems within PAY.GOV and EBILLING.
• Ensure accurate data processing and reporting in Enterprise Military Housing (eMH).
• Provide on‑site support during regular government hours and respond within one hour after hours.
• Monitor facilities, resolve housing operation issues, and uphold standards.
• Lead, train, and guide housing staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience administering unaccompanied housing operations, appropriated funds, and inventory management.
• At least 1 year of college‑level education (or high school diploma).
• Valid passport with at least one year remaining validity and ability to travel internationally.
• Ability to pass contract medical requirements and maintain them throughout deployment.
• Availability on‑site during regular government hours and rapid response capability after hours.
