About the role
The Training Executive will lead the design, implementation and evaluation of training programs for Treats franchisees and their store personnel. This role ensures consistent operational standards across all locations while supporting the professional growth of staff.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training modules that standardize methods, processes, and practices across Treats stores.
- Conduct training needs analyses using store trade checks, mystery shoppers and other assessment tools.
- Design and deliver onboarding training for new Treats stores and ongoing training for existing locations.
- Train Allied Business Executives to become internal trainers.
- Evaluate and update training programs and manuals on an annual basis.
- Create, update and roll‑out store audit checklists; perform spot audits and provide improvement recommendations.
- Prepare annual budgets for sales training and development, monitor expenses and report on activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Technology.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the Food & Beverage industry (hotel dining, franchise restaurants, or branded convenience stores).
- Strong analytical skills for training needs assessment and audit reporting.
- Ability to develop curriculum, conduct training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
