About the role
Cheval Blanc Seychelles is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives for its luxury resort. The role involves planning, managing, and executing both local and international hiring processes to ensure the resort attracts top talent across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and publish job vacancies that attract qualified candidates and target appropriate markets.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with local regulations and follow a transparent, objective selection method.
- Support department heads with recruitment planning, coordinate interviews, and manage post‑interview feedback.
- Oversee the work‑permit quota system, contract probation evaluations, and contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate job descriptions, skill specifications, and staffing levels aligned with operational needs.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum three years of HR experience within a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and HR management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
