Supply Chain Automation & AI Internship

About the role

This internship focuses on improving Bosch's supply chain efficiency through automation and artificial intelligence. You will work on real business cases, support implementation of digital solutions, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business case analysis and propose automation or digitalisation use cases.
• Support end‑to‑end implementation and rollout of selected use cases, including system integration and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyse existing workflows and define project scope.
• Assist in the development, training, and testing of AI or automation solutions under guidance.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, user guides, and implementation materials.
• Support project coordination and related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Full‑time student during the internship period, preferably studying Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• No prior work experience required; involvement in school projects, competitions or extracurricular activities related to automation, AI or digital transformation is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge or strong interest in AI, automation and process improvement.
