About the role
Join GSK’s high‑performing sales team as a Strategic Account Representative focused on oncology. You will translate marketing plans into actionable collaborations with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and allied health professionals, driving business development and patient access.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver sales demand and access objectives for assigned strategic oncology accounts.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans using opportunity mapping, customer insights, and KPI performance.
- Analyze account performance and propose initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and portfolio growth.
- Build and sustain relationships with prescribers, hospital decision‑makers, and payers.
- Promote GSK oncology products through compliant, scientific discussions on approved indications.
- Map and manage stakeholders across hospitals, identifying patient‑journey barriers and activation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Market Access teams to improve patient access.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, key‑account management, or medical affairs.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.
- Experience in oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy areas preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute account and channel strategies for complex medical products.
