Site Lead – Facilities Management

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a proactive Site Lead to head its local technical Corporate Real Estate Services team in Cebu. You will ensure the office environment runs smoothly, supporting a harmonious work culture while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the local technical Corporate Real Estate Services team.
• Conduct regular office inspections, identify issues and plan corrective actions.
• Maintain administrative facilities and coordinate daily office requirements.
• Schedule and oversee environmental, pest‑control, and electrical services.
• Manage repair requests, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, furniture, and pantry supplies.
• Coordinate with building administration for gate‑pass approvals and other office requests.
• Act as an information hub for administration‑related queries.
• Assist in office layout planning, project implementation, and cost control.
• Handle back‑office operations such as correspondence, confidential mail, quotations, billing, and checks.
• Facilitate utility bill payments for relocated expatriate staff.
• Coordinate PEZA and city business permits, renewals, and related requirements.
• Provide regular reports to the immediate superior and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support the Property/Facility Manager with building maintenance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in facilities or real‑estate services.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes/regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Engineering license preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time in Cebu.
