Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Professional Services PMO of Acquire BPO, supporting the RingCentral account. In this role you will ensure that internal delivery standards, documentation, and training are accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with the evolving needs of our technical and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and maintain the internal Knowledge Base, ensuring playbooks, templates, and technical guides reflect current PMO standards.
• Facilitate and continuously improve the new‑hire onboarding program for engineers and project managers.
• Lead the regular update cycle for training materials such as videos, decks, and SOPs to incorporate software updates and policy changes.
• Partner with Professional Services leadership to identify friction points in the delivery lifecycle and create standardized workflows and documentation.
• Analyze post‑project reviews to pinpoint recurring issues and address them through enhanced training or clearer processes.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and structural framework across all internal documentation.
• Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to define and deliver complex features.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management within professional services or BPO environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate gaps into actionable documentation and processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse technical and business teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and drive strategic improvement initiatives.
