Senior Product Manager (Nature Data & Intelligence)

About the role

renew is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of its nature‑data and intelligence platform. You will own the vision, requirements and delivery of multiple tools that support biodiversity analysis, mobile data collection and other customer‑facing features, working closely with scientists, engineers and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product development from ideation through feature release, defining clear requirements and road‑maps.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science and commercial teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis and data‑driven insights to shape long‑term product strategy.
• Ensure data completeness and quality across the intelligence suite.
• Partner with the commercial team to launch products effectively and support revenue growth.
• Help define and scale product culture, processes and governance as the company grows.

• Ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems into actionable requirements.
• Creative, independent thinker who can both invent new solutions and improve existing ones.
• Strong communication skills to align cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in evolving the role towards senior leadership (e.g., Head of Product).

Required skills
