Senior HSE Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior HSE Engineer to lead and enhance our Health, Safety and Environment management systems at Bosch’s Ho Chi Minh City plant in Dong Nai Province. The role will ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, drive continuous improvement, and support sustainability initiatives across production, R&D and office environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate internal and external ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 audits, managing the full audit lifecycle.
• Develop, maintain and update core EHS documentation, including policies, objectives, risk & opportunity assessments (HIRA, Aspect‑Impact).
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve audit findings and ensure sustainable compliance.
• Facilitate annual EHS Management Reviews with senior leadership and provide performance insights.
• Design and implement ISO‑compliant EHS frameworks for R&D and office sites.
• Act as HSE & Sustainability Business Partner, advising R&D and office leaders on safety solutions.
• Monitor EHS & sustainability KPIs, conduct regulatory compliance evaluations and lead internal audits.
• Oversee preparation and timely submission of GHG, waste, water and other sustainability reports in line with Vietnamese regulations and Bosch global standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or related field.
• Proven experience in HSE management within an industrial setting, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese language skills are a plus.
