About the role
We are looking for a Senior Executive in Corporate Accounting to join our expert team that delivers accounting consultancy and compliance services throughout the client lifecycle. The role involves managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping, supporting financial reporting and collaborating with the Tax department.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase and sales invoices and handle all daily bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare journals and upload them into the ERP system.
- Extract and analyse data from the ERP to resolve queries.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and periodic reports.
- Perform periodic balance‑sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis.
- Support regulatory and bank reporting requirements.
- Coordinate closely with other teams across the Tax department.
- Stay up‑to‑date with developments in accounting practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Fully or partially qualified ACCA or ACA.
- 3‑5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- High proficiency in English; French or German is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, flexibility and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and a willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Double‑entry bookkeeping.
- IFRS accounting standards (knowledge of Lux GAAP and US GAAP is advantageous).
- Proficiency with MS‑Office.
- Experience with Bob 50, Yardi or other ERP software.
