Senior Director, Field Market Operations (West & Central)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee field market operations across our West and Central regions. The Senior Director will drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and improve cost efficiency, labor productivity, service performance and safety in our distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized tools, processes and methodologies to enhance safety, quality and warehousing productivity, including material handling, inventory management, slotting and shrink reduction.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for fleet utilization, create optimal routing solutions and improve transportation productivity while reducing costs.
• Partner with Market EVPs and Operations leaders to align on enterprise priorities, hold teams accountable and execute routine visits to distribution centers to ensure SOP adoption and continuous improvement.
• Lead a hybrid work model with two days on‑site and three days remote, based in any Breakthru Beverage office within the West or Central region.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in warehouse and transportation operations.
• Strong strategic and transformation mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and drive cross‑functional alignment.
• Willingness to spend significant time in distribution centers across the region.
