Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will ensure accurate and timely financial close processes while collaborating with global teams and supporting audit readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly consolidation of financial results across multiple entities and currencies.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow.
• Ensure accurate intercompany eliminations and reconciliations.
• Support month‑end close by preparing and reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Monitor international teams to guarantee timely and accurate account reconciliations.
• Act as primary contact for international accounting teams, resolving reconciliation and close‑related issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with multi‑entity or multinational environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and hold cross‑functional teams accountable.

Required skills

• Strong Excel skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (a plus).
• Experience in preparing and reviewing monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit schedules.
