About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury fashion team as a Sales Associate focused on Designer Womenswear. You will build lasting relationships with clients, drive sales, and represent iconic luxury brands in an inspiring, fashion‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain a loyal client base by communicating regularly via phone, email and digital channels.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor and Holt Renfrew seminars.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and other sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Adhere to health, safety, privacy and cyber‑security policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Proficiency with multiple technology channels to nurture client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
• Initiative to stay informed on new merchandise deliveries.
