Sales Associate – Amiri (Contract)

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to represent the Amiri brand in a luxury retail environment. This contract position focuses on building lasting client relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets.
• Develop a loyal client base through acquisition, retention, and proactive outreach.
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and internal training sessions.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and digital channels about events, new merchandise, and follow‑ups.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management when needed.
• Adhere to health & safety, privacy, and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistently met or exceeded sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative mindset.
• Active presence on social media to promote personal fashion influence.
• Comfortable using multiple technology channels to engage clients.
• Strong knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Broad product knowledge across all merchandise categories.
• Proactive in learning new arrivals to maximize selling potential.
