Remote Candidate Calling Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Candidate Calling Specialist to support our recruitment outreach and candidate communication efforts. The role involves contacting applicants, conducting phone screenings, coordinating interviews, and keeping our hiring pipelines organized in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates about open job opportunities.
• Conduct phone screenings, assess communication skills and qualifications.
• Provide candidates with hiring process details and interview information.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate follow‑up activities.
• Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions in CRM and ATS systems.
• Ensure timely, professional updates to candidates.
• Support recruitment teams with pipeline management and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of phone‑based candidate communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Reliable computer, internet connection, electricity and mobile device.
• Previous experience in call‑center operations, customer support, recruiting, sales or HR coordination is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or ATS platforms is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
