Project Manager – Capital Expenditure Projects

About the role

Sika Pakistan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital‑expenditure (Capex) projects across its manufacturing and regional facilities. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering large‑scale infrastructure and machinery projects while ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, Gantt charts and allocate resources for Capex initiatives.
• Monitor progress, enforce scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures and report variances.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to safety, legal and environmental standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
• Present performance metrics to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience managing Capex or large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across Pakistan.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project‑management tools.
• Experience with P&IDs for machinery and plant equipment.
