Production Engineering Intern – MSE2

About the role

Join Bosch's Ho Chi Minh City plant as a Production Engineering Intern and support the engineering team on the shop floor. You will gain hands‑on experience in data collection, reporting, and continuous‑improvement projects within a high‑tech manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect daily production data and assist engineers with data entry.
• Prepare reports based on engineers’ requests.
• Support document control activities.
• Participate in SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) improvement projects.
• Assist engineers with simple administrative tasks.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned based on performance.

Required profile

• Third‑year or final‑year student in Industrial Management, Industrial Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Management.
• Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills.
• Good presentation abilities.
• Pro‑active, disciplined, detail‑oriented, patient and eager to learn.
