The Personal Shopping Manager leads a team of elite sellers at Holt Renfrew, delivering extraordinary sales performance and client service in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for the Personal Shopping department.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and set standards for other departments.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Coach and develop team members through performance management and recognition.
• Grow and retain a loyal client base by acquiring new customers and deepening relationships.
• Collaborate with other managers, buying, marketing, and corporate teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain visual standards of private shopping suites and curated product displays.
• Manage payroll, inventory control, and operational standards to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in luxury retail or personal shopping management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
