Payroll Implementation Manager

About the role

Deel is looking for a Payroll Implementation Manager to lead the end‑to‑end rollout of its payroll platform for enterprise clients in Poland. You will be responsible for coordinating data migration, system configuration and client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition to Deel’s global payroll solution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute payroll implementation projects, including kickoff meetings, timeline creation and milestone tracking.
• Collaborate with onboarding, product and engineering teams to configure payroll settings and migrate client data accurately.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage project documentation, status reports and internal/external review calls.
• Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, compliance or system integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex implementation or migration projects, preferably in payroll or HR SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to guide clients through technical processes.
• Fluent in English; Polish language skills are a plus.
