Outdoor Salesperson

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our field team as Outdoor Salespersons. In this face‑to‑face fundraising role you will engage the public in busy locations, inspire them about environmental issues and recruit new supporters for Greenpeace’s vital work.

Key responsibilities

• Approach members of the public and hold engaging face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clearly explain Greenpeace’s mission, campaigns and impact.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical, professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when approaching and speaking to the public.
• Positive attitude, resilience and the ability to work outdoors for long periods.
• Passion for environmental and social causes.
• Sales, marketing or fundraising experience is an advantage but not required – full training provided.
