OPS Process & System Specialist

About the role

As an OPS Process & System Specialist in the OPS Data & Process Governance team, you will support Red Bull’s SAP SD/MM and TM landscape. You will ensure system reliability, provide first‑ and second‑level support, and lead small improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP SD, MM and TM processes, acting as the primary contact for end‑users.
• Analyze tickets, resolve defects, and prevent recurring incidents through thorough problem analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, external consultants and key users to coordinate 3rd‑level escalations.
• Drive data‑quality initiatives, define evaluation processes and support cross‑functional data owners.
• Lead enhancements and small projects by translating business needs into system improvements and overseeing implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor on process and system topics, fostering knowledge transfer across teams.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in SAP SD, MM and TM modules.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and transportation management processes.
• Proven ability to analyse root causes, coordinate projects and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
