About the role
The Operations Support Officer will provide cross‑departmental operational assistance to ensure smooth workflow and high‑quality service delivery. Working closely with sales, customer service and technical teams, the role focuses on monitoring daily activities, maintaining accurate records and supporting vendor communications.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and report on daily operational activities, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service and technical teams to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, stock levels and operational documentation.
- Support vendor and partner communications to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
- Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably in telecom or technology sectors.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and communication abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
