About the role
The Operations Support Officer will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth resolution of complaints and disputes. This role focuses on maintaining effective processes and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on user (customer) complaints and abnormal problems, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to deliver timely solutions.
- Collaborate to design and implement systems for lodging disputes and ensure effective resolution through stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with various departments to align reconciliation processes and promote a unified approach.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or a related field.
