About the role
This senior preparer position supports private wealth portfolios by delivering end‑to‑end corporate secretarial services. You will work with low, medium and high‑complexity portfolios, ensuring compliance and high‑quality deliverables with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage corporate secretarial matters of varying complexity, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and coordinate board and general meetings, including drafting minutes, resolutions and related documentation.
- Draft, maintain and update corporate governance documents, agreements and statutory records.
- Oversee compliance activities such as UBO identification, regulatory filings and chamber of commerce registrations.
- Process corporate transactions, including capital contributions, dividend distributions, bank account management and related administrative functions.
Required profile
- Degree holder or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters.
