About the role
This entry‑level Officer 1 position supports the Private Wealth Administration team by delivering corporate secretarial and governance services. Working under supervision, the role focuses on standardized processes, routine operational tasks, and developing core competencies in compliance and client support.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare board and general meeting documents, minutes, resolutions, and statutory updates.
- Conduct compliance and due‑diligence activities such as client file reviews, CDD verification, bad‑press checks, and transaction monitoring.
- Process payment instructions, monitor cash collection and proactively flag service issues.
- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, planning information, and organisational structure documentation.
- Support bank relationship management by assisting with account openings, periodic file reviews, and signatory change coordination.
Required profile
- University degree or related professional qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established frameworks.
- Willingness to work under supervision and accept review by senior officers.
