We are now looking for a CA Manager to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain!
What you will do
Develop & maintain solutions based on automation use case candidates and investigate the possible source of problems for the automation components
Improve and drive recovery processes and provide domain expertise to domain support and automated operations team
Provide domain expertise to automation and analytics team to support analytics and automation use cases and develop, maintain & improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
Perform trend analysis to proactively detect possible failures. This shall ensure restoration and repair as a result of its own analysis or when prompted by automated operations or domain support Service Function processes.
Guarantee that Ericsson delivers a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request (specification) and in co-operation with the customer, assuring that changes are accurately implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the service.
What you will do
The CA Manager – Technical Authority -2 is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance back-office activities in an operations organization
The main purpose is to be able to own the team in providing second level preventive maintenance and system fault restoration. The position responsible will be required.
To own the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLA's and second level service problem restoration and to ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done for all nodes.
To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary and to handle and implement the Change Request in stipulated time frame and raise CSR towards ELS.
To ensure new nodes are coordinated as per the standardized processes.
Independently handle upgrade/updates of live nodes and rollout of New Feature as per MOP
You will bring
Interact with Customer’s top-level management to understand their requirements and give feasibility for implementation of the same.
To delegate work within the team so as to use workforce efficiently.
To identify and ensure that the team members get vital trainings
Work with other organizational entities such as D&P, GNOC – 1st Level Assurance, Projects, FM etc.
Ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements.
To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems.
To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible in RAN/TXN/OSS.
To ensure accurate working methodology and to supervise product feasibility studies.
To guide engineers for configurations, fault management and trouble shooting and to predict workforce requirements.
Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit!
