About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Contract Manager to join our great team! Be part of a diverse and international team of Contract Managers located across Europe, Northern Africa and Latin America, reporting directly to the regional Contract Management Hub Head. You will primarily be focused on the LATAM North customers, plus to a certain extent also on customers in the LATAM South area.
The main responsibilities for this role will include both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Contract. Management activities, leading at least one account from a contracts perspective and supporting one or two more.

What you will do:
Be responsible for the pre-sales & post-sales side, as well as establishing contract documents for inclusion within commercial offers, ensuring alignment with Ericsson policies and mitigation of all identified risks.
Build strong relationships internally across our functions and externally with customers.
Engage early with the account team to provide commercial advice on the structuring of deals and negotiation tactics.
Manage our customer contracts through leading complex negotiations on agreements across all areas of Ericsson’s Cloud Software and Services business, including Telecom Core, IT & Cloud, ADM as well as MS IT, ensuring compliance with company policies and directives.
Manage the implementation of all project and contractual changes by applying strict Change Request management.
Negotiate and resolve commercial disputes and settlements relating to the contracted scope, with reference to Group Legal when necessary.
Secure the profitability of existing agreements during the contract execution phase through professional claim and risk-management.
Share with your Contract Management team colleagues your experiences and your lessons learned.
You will bring
University degree in Business / Economics / Law / Engineering (or similar/equivalent).
Spanish and English strong written and verbal communication skills.
At least 4 years of experience in Telecom or IT industries in commercial / contract management or legal environment.
Experienced and confident in dealing external customers and internal stakeholders at all levels up to senior management.
Experience with complex negotiations and relationship development skills.
Thorough understanding of contract terms and conditions: their meaning, associated risks & costs, etc.
Good appreciation of operational and financial issues.
Previous exposure to and understanding of the IT/Telecom market in Latin America from sales, contracting or sourcing perspective would be an additional asset.
