Responsibilities
Identifying clients’ hiring needs
Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Must be up to date with company’s hiring needs and internship programs
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions and compare them to job requirements.
Promoting the company's reputation and image as a good employment/recruitment organization.
Providing recruitment reports.


Requirements
Requirement
BSc in Human Resource Management or related field
2-3 years’ experience as Recruitment Officer or similar role
Good communication, organizational and critical thinking skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
