Quality Auditor
Job Description
· Identifying and training staffs and couriers on quality standards and procedures. Training may include material handling, 5S methodology.
· Documenting employee’s bad behaviours, non-compliance and recommendations for improvement.
· Auditing the vendor employee's behaviour when entering into our site.
· Preparing and presenting periodic quality audit reports including 5S Reports to senior management to review and take actions.
· Keeping abreast of industry standards and regulations.
Suggesting improvement to company’s infrastructure and processes to prevent future mistakes.
Requirements
Must have a good knowledge of Microsoft suites, willing and self-motivated to learn, develop and be a good team player.
Must be tough and willing to take the challenge from the non-compliance persons. He needs to have a good communication skill to solve any dispute and persuade the non-compliance persons to obey our rules.
