Job Description
We are looking to recruit highly motivated and results-driven Modern Trade Sales Representative for our client in the FMCG to join their sales team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth within modern trade accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, and category managers at modern trade retailers.
Conduct regular sales visits to customers and understand their needs, promote products, and secure sales.
Negotiate sales agreements, terms, and conditions with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Conduct product training and presentations for customers to enhance their product knowledge and promote sales.
Provide sales forecasts and contribute to the sales planning process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Sales Representative
Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Result-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently,
Team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
