We are opening the Local Administrator position within MELA Business Control & Sourcing PTC & LAS. This position manages the administrative activities in the Geographical Scope assigned. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes when the functional area owner has no or insufficient local representation. All is done to gain optimal cross functional efficiency.
The purpose of the role is to manage the delivery of those services efficiently with high quality, cost efficiency, speed, and a customer service approach. The individual selected must adhere to the speak-up principles defined in the Code of Business Ethics (CoBE). React to Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) red flags (indications or warning signs that there may be a corruption risk present in relation to a business transaction or activity) identified in the course of your work and act on them together with the line manager of the unit and with colleagues
What you will do !
Work with the MELA BCS PTC & LAS Team to deliver progress toward Unit’s Goals and Functional Owner needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Other Language.
Perform operational tasks based on documented process and/or agreed upon service.
Suggest/Implement simplification and operational efficiency initiatives.
Embrace and ensure a customer service mentality towards effective solution for the Unit, the Functional Owner, and Stakeholders.
Identify and help solve core problems or opportunities within business processes.
Provide support for special projects and initiatives.
Demonstrate and role model our values, the Five Focus Areas, and ethical and responsible business practices as well as manage compliance violations as required.
Good operational skill, this includes business and financial competence to support/control financial and business key indicators or performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes powered by Automation and Innovation.
You will bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of administrative services responsibilities.
Strongly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Innovative and open approach to adapt to the constantly evolving environment.
An entrepreneur-like approach, constantly driving for efficiency and positive change, but more importantly, you consistently deliver outstanding results.
Local Laws and Regulations is desirable.
Project Management knowledge is desirable.
A working knowledge of the Local Administrations processes within Ericsson is desirable.
A desire to make work fun and enjoyable.
