About this opportunity
Looking for a fantastic early career opportunity in digital marketing and communications? We are looking for an eager and dynamic Events Support Coordinator to help implement our events and other key activities across South East Mediterranean and Eurasia. Within this role, you will support and activate local and regional events programs and other marketing & communications activities working closely with the Customer Unit (CU) Marketing Managers and Communications Managers. You’ll be supporting the delivery of key initiatives that drive awareness, perception and demand generation for the Ericsson brand in our region and support our local customer unit to deliver against our business objectives.
You will support the team by ensuring that events and engagement programmes are well organised, delivered, led and supported! This also includes the management of meetings actions and project administration needs set out by the marketing team.
You’ll get the opportunity to
Work closely with the Customer Marketing Managers and Communications Managers to help plan, lead and support with the delivery of any customer physical and/or hybrid/digital events, as well as key communications activities.
Create and send out all pre- and post-event documentation and materials, ensuring high standards are always met.
Keep the company CRM up to date at all times with relevant information, helping to lead invitation and attendance, as well as promotion.
Support the continued communication with all stakeholder departments to ensure all deliverables are met.
Reporting of key digital metrics such as leads, contacts, click-to-open rates and content engagement across owned channels.
General project administration duties as required to support the Customer Marketing Managers and Communications Managers.
Key skills
University degree, or equivalent training/experience within Marketing or Business Studies
Demonstrate a good understanding of digital marketing & communications
Outstanding organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
Outstanding team player, with the ability to work independently to achieve goals.
Ability to work under pressure to ensure the efficient running of events.
Knowledge of any Marketing Automation tool is desirable (e.g. Marketo)
Social media proficiency.
Good IT skills, including MS Office.
A degree or qualification in Events is desirable but not crucial.
