Main responsibilities:
Act as technical interface for relevant areas, Build Customer relationship and communicate continuously with customers
Troubleshoot based on process review (inputs, actions and expected results) when an integration problem is presented
Define system, module, and acceptance test cases; Manage acceptance procedures
Find possible reuse of documents
Identify product / process / service improvements
Act as local coordinator per country and main contact for remote access activities and issues
Profile:
Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
Excellent knowledge of standard Linux tools & scripting languages (e.g Ruby, Bash, Perl, Python)
Understanding of IP networking and data center infrastructure
Experience with microservices-based architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience in supporting VMware environments
Troubleshooting abilities in a complex environment
experience working on BSS products is a plus(Online Charging System, Multi-Mediation, Billing, DxP, Order Care, Catalog Manager, etc.)
