Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain relationships with the Client’s departmental heads without compromising on policies and procedures.
· Support the Client’s HR Team in the development and execution of HR strategies and plans i.e. manpower planning, recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, performance management, etc
· Ensure seamless onboarding of new employees
· Advise line managers on employee related matters and escalate complex matters where necessary
· Provide periodic report on the performance of the assigned business areas
· Analyse employee data to help TDL and the Client make informed people decisions
· Ensure the delivery of core HR services


Requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: B.Sc/B.A Second Class Lower or HND Upper Credit
· CIPM/APHRI certified or studying for it with proof
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR generalist role including responsibilities in ER, Performance Management, Stakeholder Management, Recruitment and Onboarding
· Experience in HR data collation, Analysis and Reporting
· Knowledge of Nigerian Labor law and relative acts
· Not more than 35 years
