Ericsson is running a multi-year program for replacing its legacy HR system landscape with SuccessFactors from SAP, and we are now looking for an ICT Domain Architect to supply making this a successful journey. Join our HR Solution Area team and help us accelerate the transformation to our future IT landscape supporting our global HR processes. As a Domain Architect, you will work in close collaboration with the business stakeholders to build the strategic and architectural direction of the portfolio. You will ensure that standard methodologies are applied to commit to optimized solutions that are compliant to architectural principles and ensuring consistency between business, information and technology!
What you will do
Keep the complete view of the solutions to ensure that all implemented solutions integrate in the best way ensuring E2E processes that are optimized to support the business needs
Drive solutioning activities for all ongoing projects to secure that the different proposals jointly deliver a flawless business experience
Work in close collaboration with enterprise architects, IT Leadership and business partners to define a strategic plan for delivering new capabilities to the enterprise.
Ensure that architectural and IT Security guidelines are followed
Strive for simplification by using the experience from cases outside of Ericsson including mentorship and advisory on industry standard methodologies.
Support in optimizing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of the portfolio, including license optimization
You will bring
15+ years of experience in IT design, development, and architecture
10+ years of documented experience of solution architecture working with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
In depth knowledge of core HR applications in addition to SAP SuccessFactors e.g. Degreed, Eightfold, Workdays, Payroll providers etc
Experience from large, complex, global and cross-functional programs
Experience working with multinational global decentralized organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment using phone, mail and collaboration tools as communication vehicles.
Knowledge of assigned products and the business environment in which they exist (business models and players)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (oral and written in English).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
