Deloitte Human Capital Consulting West Africa is currently recruiting for a client in the real estate and construction industry. The company seeks a highly organized and professional individual to join as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman, as well as assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.
Responsibilities
Manage the Chairman's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are scheduled and organized efficiently
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Chairman, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations as required
Conduct research and gather information for the Chairman, providing insightful summaries and recommendations
Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence
Monitor and respond to incoming mail, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chairman
Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met
Provide general administrative support to the Chairman, including handling expense reports, filing, and maintaining records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and proactively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Professional and polished demeanor
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
