1. Familiar with local digital marketing industry for Awareness marketing strategies.
2. Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships with media agency.
3. Educate advertisers and explore business opportunities of using Transsion’s HippoAD display mobile inventory to promote their digital campaigns.
4. Maximize advertisers’ digital campaign performance by cooperating with the internal operation and product teams.
5. Conduct market research, collect and sort out information about the local digital mobile marketing industry.
6. Experience with mobile display platforms, eg. AdMob, Facebook, or DSP/SSP/ADX.
7. Formalize a go-to-market strategy within qualified strategic Brands/Agencies.
8. Exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by cultivating existing client relationships and targeting prospective strategic accounts within assigned industry verticals.
9. Complex sales-cycle management; manage the entire sales process engaging the appropriate resources.
10. Ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business leads, sales, and account expansion.
11. Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation, with accurate quarterly forecasting and revenue delivery.
12. Be a true sales “hunter” to drive revenue, create new business and engage sales collateral.
13. Work consultatively and creatively with clients while maintaining a pragmatic focus on solution profitability.


Requirements
Qualifications
1. 5 ~ 7 years of advertising sales experience, familiar with mobile Internet advertising, digital advertising technology (programmatic, DSP and SSP), and offline advertising sales resources and forms.
