Mission:
To acquire, assess, and interpret customer data, encompassing their behaviors and preferences, with the aim of delivering invaluable insights that drive the advancement and refinement of business propositions or products for market segments of the consumer market.
Description:
Manage and coordinate brand promotion, product launch and re-launch from end-to-end.
Develop work implementation plan, ensuring it is in alignment with the business strategy of the segment.
Maintain and build brand strength through advertising, media and any other marketing means, managing relationship with key media agencies daily.
Ensure market penetration, growth and profitability through effective implementation of Youth initiatives and segment strategies.
Manage and coordinate brand promotion, product launch and re-launch from end-to-end.
Liaise with Product team to provide update on the development/revamp of initiatives and acquisition frameworks for the Youth Segment.
Support quarterly marketing plans for the Youth segment (focusing on customer growth, revenue and ARPU stimulation)
Monitor projects and ensure they are delivered to budget and on time.
Education:
First degree in any related discipline
Fluent in English
Experience:
3 - 7 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience working with others
At Least 2 to 3 years’ experience in segment management.
Customer contact and understanding of customer behavior.
Marketing plans, advertising materials and product life cycle monitoring.
Experience in Telecommunications Industry/tech.
