Motorcycle/Powersport Designer

About the role

Join Benda’s newly opened design studio in Salzburg as a founding‑tier Motorcycle/Powersport Designer. You will help shape the European design hub, turning fresh concepts into production‑ready vehicles while collaborating closely with engineering teams in Hangzhou.

Key responsibilities

• Drive ideation by developing innovative motorcycle and powersport concepts.
• Translate sketches into detailed, production‑ready designs that meet mass‑manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate daily with global engineering teams, including regular digital meetings and occasional travel to China.
• Help establish studio workflows, culture, and processes as the team grows.
• Contribute to the brand’s global expansion and future product generations.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in motorcycle design, with projects taken through to final production.
• Creative thinker comfortable proposing bold directions for two‑ and four‑wheel mobility.
• Adaptable mindset ready to work in a fast‑evolving studio environment.
• Excellent English communication; additional Chinese or German is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Blender.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Experience with Alias (preferred for production‑level surfacing).
