About the role
We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Mobility Solutions Unit of Bosch for a six‑month period. The role offers hands‑on experience in procurement and supply‑chain processes within a global technology company.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, update and extract data from the SAP system and internal databases.
- Assist buyers with business planning, strategy development and sample order preparation for international delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers and coordinate activities with Bosch plants worldwide.
- Prepare annual and monthly procurement reports.
Required profile
- Current tertiary education (university or college).
- Preferable prior work or internship experience.
- Strong written English and good oral communication in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Required skills
- Experience with SAP for data management.
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint).
