About the role
The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, coordination and execution of marketing activities for the Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting brands. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality output while introducing fresh ideas to boost brand visibility and engagement across all channels and events.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a 12‑month marketing calendar aligned with business priorities and develop practical marketing plans for each business stream.
- Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, email, and printed media, ensuring on‑brand, engaging content for a high‑net‑worth audience.
- Coordinate marketing support for major yachting shows, including pre‑event campaigns, on‑site branding, and collateral.
- Guide the day‑to‑day work of the marketing team, prioritize workload and act as the central coordination point.
- Track key performance metrics, produce concise reports, monitor competitor activity and suggest data‑driven improvements.
- Collaborate closely with brand heads and business stream leaders to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a hands‑on marketing role, preferably within yachting, luxury or high‑net‑worth sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
