职位概况

LINEヤフー旗下的多元化互联网产品与服务面临复杂的法律挑战，现招聘企业法务及战略法务（M&A）专员，负责提供法律支持与合规建议。

主要职责

为公司业务、M&A及企业战略提供法律意见。
起草、审查合同、使用条款、隐私政策等文档。
研究并解答个人信息保护法、反垄断法、景品表示法等相关法规。
配合法规制定或修订，推动内部合规体系建设。

任职要求

企业法务部或律所工作经验≥3年。
持有日本律师资格。
具备商务英语能力。
了解信息通信技术或互联网服务的法律需求者优先。

必备技能

日本法律专业知识。
商务英语沟通能力。

年薪700万~1800万日元（视经验与技能决定）。
